Christmas boarding at Dogsters
The following terms and conditions apply from 10th December 2021 to the 10th January 2022.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings require a 20% deposit.
The balance is due before your stay begins.
No Christmas Day or New Years Day drop off or collection.
In the event of your cancellation within 72 hours from the start of your stay there will be no refund of your deposit.
In the event of your cancellation outside of 72 hours from the start of your stay there is a full refund of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you have paid in full but you have to cancel within 24 hours of the start of your stay there is a 50% refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
If you have paid in full but you have to cancel within 72 hours of the start of your stay there is a 75% refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.
The following applies to clients travelling outside of Canada and covers the time period where there is a Government advisory.
We suggest having a contingency plan for your dog in the event that your return to Canada could be delayed.
We recommend where possible, in the event of your delay to arrange pick up and care for your dog by a family member or friend.
In any event Dogsters should be able to take your dog for continued boarding but please consider the following prior to your dog's stay.
Firstly we recommend you pack at least 5 extra days of food.
Payment for extended boarding is at the current rate. Terms and conditions are as per your original booking.
We reserve the right to charge an additional emergency booking fee of $35 to extend your dog's stay.
