I, the person electronically signing this waiver, indemnify and agree to hold DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING, its directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors and assigns, or anyone else acting on their behalf, harmless from any and ALL damages, claims, loss, liabilities, expenses, causes of action, law suits, and costs (including without limitation solicitor fees and legal costs) arising out of services provided by DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING.

 

I also acknowledge and understand that there are certain risks involved in pet guardianship and care, including but not limited to bumps, grazes and insect bites, fights between animals, bites to humans and the possible transmission of disease. I accept and agree that DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING cannot be held responsible for any injuries or illness that my pet may suffer during its stay at the boarding facility.  I accept and agree to take full financial responsibility for any veterinary fees or other fees arising from all and any circumstances that may occur with my dog whilst in the care of DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING.

 

I further accept and agree that I remain solely responsible for the actions and behavior of my pet while it is under the care of DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING.

 

DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING retains all copyright of photographic images taken at DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING and retains the right to use those images freely. The use of My electronic signature and my leaving my pet(s) with DOGSTERS DAY CAMP AND IN-HOME BOARDING confirms that I have read, understand and accept ALL of the above and the risk of putting my pet in an off leash boarding environment and accept sole responsibility for any and ALL medical expenses to my pet no matter what the cause.
